Not ideal, but doable for families

The room was decent and the bed was comfortable enough to get some rest after a long day. That alone helped take the edge off the frustrating wait to get in.

The bed provided a great level of comfort, making it easy to rest. The room itself was overall decent, featuring clean linens and a reasonable ambiance.

The flat-screen television offered vivid picture quality with a good selection of channels, notably including HBO Max. Unfortunately, only one staff member was available to manage both housekeeping and the front desk, causing delays as my check-in took over an hour past the promised time. The lack of an ice machine on the premises was another inconvenience. Overall, while the bed was comfortable and the room was decent, the service and amenities left much to be desired.

Had an awesome time with my friends here! We loved visiting the local aquarium and a great children's play area nearby. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfy, perfect for our group. Just a heads up for future guests, some areas can be a bit noisy at night, but it didn't really bother us. Highly recommend for group trips!

The bed in my king room was super comfy, and I loved that I could make myself a nice breakfast in their kitchen area. Relaxing by the pool was a nice touch after a long day, and everything felt peaceful overall. Just wish there was a vending machine for snacks because it’s a bit tough when you get hungry late at night. 😊
